Our Animal Cruelty Investigations Unit (ACI Unit) serves the North Texas community
by investigating reports of animal cruelty such as abuse, neglect, hoarding, animal
昀椀ghting, and more.
Caring for People and Their Pets
Russell H. Perry Pet Resource Center
The SPCA of Texas’ Russell H. Perry Pet Resource Center provides temporary support
to pet owners in North Texas who are experiencing 昀椀nancial hardship and are at risk
of having to surrender their pets. We provide several types of support to help keep
pets in loving homes.
Spay, Neuter, and Wellness
The SPCA of Texas partners with our community to keep pets in their homes, o昀昀 the
streets, and out of shelters by providing a variety of services to pets and their families.
Our reduced cost or free spay and neuter services and community vaccination events
deliver a昀昀ordable and accessible veterinary services to pet owners who may not
otherwise be able to provide this care for their pets.
